I didn't lose my style

I Lost Myself

I remember standing in front of a wardrobe full of clothes and feeling absolutely nothing.

No excitement. No Confidence. No Connection.

Somewhere between maternity leave and motherhood, responsibility and people pleasing, trying to have it ALL and burnout, I disappeared inside the roles.

It wasn't about the clothes...It was about my identity.

And that was the moment everything began to change!

Your Style. Your Identity. Your Comeback.

Hey! I'm Victoria...

Meet The Woman Behind The Style ReBELLEion

Growing up in Wales and now living in Hampshire, I am forever proud of being Welsh! It's always an interesting day in our household when Wales play England in the Rugby. I can also pronounce the longest train station name in the world: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Give it a go!

I am happiest when I am watching a sunset, preferably a Grecian one with a large ice-cold glass of Pale Rose. Bonus points if it's from Provence and in the thinnest stemmed glass you can imagine.

I am obsessed with trainers, Nutella and the colour pink - not necessarily in that order!

I am married to said Englishman as above, and we have two gorgeous girls (teen and pre-teen, give me strength!) and an Australian Labradoodle completing our Hamilton home.

Identity & Style Coach Basingstoke Hampshire Fashion Psychology

These days, life is beautifully busy. Between family life, running my business, navigating the joys of parenting teens, and remembering where I've put my glasses and why I walked into the kitchen, I understand exactly how easy it is for women to put themselves at the bottom of their own list.

So, now you know a little about me, let me reassure you from the get-go, you are in the right place!

Whilst I am now a professional Style Coach, Personal Stylist, Life Coach and Fashion Psychologist, there was a time before the qualifications that I didn't recognise myself either.

Like so many women, I spent years being everything to everyone else:

  • Mum
  • Wife
  • Employee
  • Friend
  • The Peacekeeper
  • The Woman Holding Everything Together

And somewhere along the way, I disappeared beneath the roles.

Life became a constant juggle of work, family, responsibilities, to-do lists and trying to keep all the plates spinning. Then came the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the identity shifts, and for many of us, the added curveball of perimenopause.

One day, you wake up and realise it's not just your wardrobe that no longer feels right. It's that you've lost connection with yourself.

And that's exactly where I found myself.

Buried beneath stress, motherhood, expectations and years of putting myself at the bottom of my own list, I had completely lost sight of the woman I used to be.

So yes, I get IT, because I was YOU!

Why My Approach Goes Beyond Traditional Personal Styling

My journey into professional personal styling began in 2017 when I qualified as a Personal Stylist at The Fashion Lounge in Westfield, London.

What started as a love of style and rebuilding my confidence quickly became a much deeper fascination with people.

Because whilst I was helping women discover their best colours, build outfits, and transform their wardrobes, I noticed something important: The women who experienced the biggest transformations with me weren't simply changing what they wore. They were changing how they saw themselves.

That's what led me to continue my professional training in the Personal Styling space, adding professional Style Coaching™ and identity-based development, along with certifications in Life Coaching and Fashion Psychology, allowing me to understand not only what women wear, but why.

I now combine the practical styling tools with deeper identity-led transformational coaching to help women reconnect with themselves through style and Get Dressed for IT ~ whatever their IT is!

Whilst knowing your colours, silhouette, and wardrobe formulas is valuable.

Knowing yourself is transformational.

My Personal Philosophy

Most styling starts with clothes.

I start with identity.

Because when you understand...

  • Who you are.
  • How you want to feel.
  • What season of life you're in.
  • What truly matters to you.

...style identity becomes easy.

That's why my work combines Identity-Led Styling, Fashion Psychology and Transformational Coaching.

I don't just build outfits.

I rebuild self-trust.

Your Style. Your Identity. Your Comeback.

I Work With Women Who

The women I work with aren't lacking style. They're usually carrying years of responsibility, expectations, and identities that no longer fit the life they are living now. They:

  • Feel disconnected from themselves.
  • Have lost confidence in their appearance.
  • Are tired of hiding inside “safe” clothes.
  • Feel overwhelmed by their wardrobe.
  • Don’t know what suits them anymore.
  • Are navigating motherhood, burnout, divorce, perimenopause, career shifts and/or identity changes.
  • Want to feel seen again.
  • Want to stop dressing for who they used to be.
  • Are ready for their own Style ReBELLEion and to Get Dressed for IT!

By the time many women find me, they've spent so long looking after everyone else that they can barely answer the question, "What do I actually like anymore?"

Experience, Expertise & Industry Recognition

Over the years I've been fortunate to work with hundreds of women and share my expertise across television, radio, print, live events, and national publications.

My work and commentary have been featured by:

  • BBC Radio
  • Daily Mail Online
  • Femail Fashion Finder
  • The Huffington Post
  • Daily Express
  • Oxfordshire Living Magazine
  • Berkshire Living Magazine
  • I've hosted style talks, workshops, and confidence-focused events for brands including Anthropologie, Hobbs, and Apricot, as well as speaking for organisations, charities, private members' clubs, and leadership events across the UK and internationally.
  • I have styled clients who have attended Royal events and Heads Together, appeared on prime time Daytime TV, including This Morning and Good Morning Britain along with media print styling for clients in HELLO, Baby Magazine, Mother & Baby.

One of the projects closest to my heart has been working alongside Victoria's Promise Charity, helping women affected by cancer experience confidence, visibility, and self-expression through style, including styling runway looks for Winchester Fashion Week.

FUN FACT: It's even thought that I influenced the engagement outfit that the Duchess of Sussex wore, true story!

While I'm incredibly grateful for every media appearance, feature, collaboration, and speaking opportunity, my greatest privilege will always be working directly with women navigating their own style and identity journeys on a daily basis.

Victoria really knows her stuff, she is warm, caring and enthusiastic. I would recommend her style service to anyone just like me, a mum who has lost her way in the "style" world. Victoria, you really don’t know how much you have done for me and my confidence!
