Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle Terms and Conditions

The client hereby contracts Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle to provide services as described on its website and in marketing material in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1.Summary of Services 

Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle offers a range of services and packages online and in person, to include but not exhaustive of: 

• Personal Style Consultations
• Colour Analysis
• Body Shape Analysis
• Wardrobe Cleanse 
• Personal Shopping Services
• Personal Styling Workshops and events
• Skincare and Makeup Consultations and Applications
• Digital Designs and Workbooks
• Bespoke Style Experiences.

2.Code of Ethics

Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle will endeavour to deliver a service that is based on being honest throughout the process and ensuring that services are conducted in a professional manner. 

3.Confidentiality

Your relationship with Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle will be held in the utmost of confidence and we will always maintain your privacy. Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle treats all information discussed during personal or group sessions as confidential and will not disclose any details to a third party without agreement from the Client, or as otherwise required by law.  Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle will deliver professional services at all times and will strive to ensure our clients’ personal information will not be passed on to any third parties. 

4.Fees, Payment Terms and Cancellations

Each style service provided is to be agreed upon prior to the service commencing. Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle will provide you with an invoice prior to the confirmed booking.

• Bronze; Full payment is required upon booking. No cancellations and no refunds permitted.
• Silver, Gold and Bespoke; Up to a 50% deposit is due and payable upon initial booking to confirm your date. The client agrees to pay Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle the balance of the services rendered at least 72hours before the confirmed booking date unless a prior agreement has been made.   If no agreement has been made and no payment has been received by Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle, the deposit is non-refundable. Should the Client require to cancel and rearrange, provided this is done within 72hours no fee will be charged if this is after the 72hours an admin fee of £25 may be a charge on top of the full payment required.
• Platinum and Bespoke; Payment is agreed by the Client to be paid monthly by Direct Debit for 12 months. There can be no alterations or cancellations made to this level of service without agreement from Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle.

There is a mileage charge to be added onto travel journeys of  25miles (each way) or more from the business residence of Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle.

5.Copyright and Proprietary Rights.

Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle is the owner and registered licensee of copyrights in all material presented in various promotional materials, guides, and all other material arising from or presented during the performance of its services.  You may download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of the site and our promotional materials for your own personal use in compliance with fair use guidelines.  You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from the site, our promotional or service materials, or from Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle.  

6.  No Guarantee.

You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle

Any other rights not specifically mentioned here are reserved to Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle.

7. Discounts / Promotional Offers

Discounts and /or promotional offers through Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle and / or approved Partners and / or Affiliates are permitted solely at the discretion of Victoria Hamilton Lifestyle.

No discounts will be approved on “Gold” and / or “Platinum” Style Experiences, Style Guides and / or Ebooks and / or the sale of goods through third party suppliers and / or partners.
