Hey, I’m Victoria, your Life, Style, and Confidence Coach.
I know how it feels, the before and after (the stressed to dressed if you will!) because not that long ago I was you. I get it! The reflection-in-the-mirror worries, the comparisons to fabulous-looking friends whilst you think you look below average, the general ‘meh-ness’ to it all culminating in the can’t-be bothered-to-get-dressed phase or the just throw any old thing on with a ‘it’ll do’ attitude.
Trust me, you are the most important person in your life and you are worthy of showing up in your world as who you truly are, living, breathing and oozing in your own style confidence.
After my second child I completely lost my way, both physically and mentally. On the physical side, my body had changed and I felt awful everyday(didn’t help that my darling girl didn’t sleep the night through till she was 4.5years). ‘Getting dressed’ was no longer a priority and it wasn’t until I was out of that quagmire of sleep deprivation and loss of identity that I understood the power of positive and intentional dressing.
I was exhausted, unhappy, balancing life against work and it was all too much. With my health draining, I left a secure job in HR (one that I had studied hard for to acquire the skills and MA certification for) took some time to reflect on what I wanted to do and I knew if I could feel so low, a once vibrant and always happy kind of girl, so many more women must feel this way too – fast forward 6 months and I retrained and qualified as a Personal Stylist I suddenly felt like me again. After adding style coaching and a certification in life coaching to my expertise I now support women just like you to understand that style is for them and to be confident in who they are.
Now I’m facing new challenges, the feeling ‘invisible’ to the world and the joyous peri menopausal years – anyone get the memo on navigating these? I did! Luckily I’m here to help you through it too as all of this has led me here, let me introduce you to beComing unTuckable!
